WHMCS “Video Tutorials Menu” Module Now Available

We’ve just released our new WHMCS Video Tutorials Menu module, a module for WHMCS that allows owners to create a “Video Tutorials” menu item in their Client Area, along with a custom page that displays any videos you wish.

Videos you have the mp4 files for and want to self-host, or videos that are hosted at YouTube, Vimeo or Wistia… all can be added to your “Video Tutorials” library, and made available to your clients from their Client Area.

Who is the WHMCS module for?
Anyone who uses WHMCS to manage their business (typically hosting companies, but can be any type of company), and has a library of video tutorials they want to make available to their customers in an easy way (or who wants to start building a library of video tutorials), can use this new module to bring video to their customers.

Save on Support Costs
Most people these days want to be able to help themselves rather than submitting support tickets and waiting for help. Furthermore, the vast majority of people would rather get this help by watching videos than reading text tutorials. By providing your customers with a well organized Video Tutorials library, you are empowering them to be able to help themselves which in turn saves you on support costs, AND gives your company a better reputation.

Add Literally Any Video to your Video Tutorials Library
Your library can include UNLIMITED videos, organized into an UNLIMITED number of categories. Your library can include…

  • Your own self-hosted videos
  • YouTube videos
  • Vimeo videos
  • Wistia videos
  • Mix and match… any combination of the above!
  • All videos are RESPONSIVE – they will adjust in size to fit any website, viewed on any device.

As always, thank you for your continued support, and let me know if you have any questions 🙂
